Really poor customer service at this place. Didn't like that the food was all premade and did not enjoy the taste of everything. Mac & cheese had way too much pepper. We spent $100 for a small tray of mini sandwiches and cookies +2 pots of tea. The older lady at the end had the audacity to scuff at my $15 tip. Sorry the tip was not good enough for you. She was extremely passive aggressive and rude. Practically trying to force me to tip a larger amount and making me feel bad for it on top of that. I wish I would've canceled the tip completely. Large expectations on the tip from an establishment that makes you walk over to the register to check out and you can hear them on the phone the entire time from we were seated in the corner.

I went here a couple of weeks ago with my friends and we had a fantastic time! It was a nice warm day and we scored parking up front to the left of the tea room. The outside of the structure was cute as well and I would like to experience that soon. When you walk inside, it's a store with cute tea related things. As you pass through that room, it opens up to the actual tea room and it's so delightful. There are European things on the wall and the walls are painted nicely. The tables are decorated nicely as well. You get a choice of which 2 teas and food you want. We tried a lunch like tea, a black tea, and I believe some type of raspberry tea. We had a Turkey cranberry sandwiches, cucumber sandwiches, soup, delicious bread, and desserts. The food was tasty, but hard to eat all of it due to all the tea drinking. The tea pots are wonderful and the tiered serving trays are great. Even the utensils are fantastic that I want some at my house. They do offer events so you should check those out! I'll definitely come here again!!

The Importance od Being Ernest and an almost high tea. What a great time, tea and wonderful meal. The decor was fantastic as was the service. We will definitely be back with family and friends.

We went to their special event, "dinner n a show", The Importance of Being Ernst". Dinner was high tea, tho not the entire high tea. But it was quite tasty n not too much food, which I appreciated having to sit for the play. At intermission, the dessert was served. Overall, it was very pleasant and the play was delightfully funny. The service, however, was a bit chaotic n unorganized. They offered water but the first act started n they never brought it. We had to ask repeatedly for water. They seemed a little short staffed on this particular Friday night. It was definitely a fun experience.

We loved this experience. First time here, and I must say, It was a beautiful afternoon with great service and even better food. The selection of teas is extensive. The teas we chose were wonderful. We bought some loose leaf teas to bring home. We will definitely be back.
